Jason J. Kennedy, Esq.
Since passing the bar in 2009, Jason has focused his legal practice on the construction industry. He started his career working at Insurance Company of the West handling surety claims. This early experience provided a sound foundation in the complex world of construction law and construction industry collections. Jason has since expanded his career and now also focuses on ERISA compliance for employee benefit trust funds of all types.
Most recently, Jason has discovered his passion for helping young families with their estate planning needs, and now provides real world advice to families contemplating their futures.
